Using Knowlio
What types of content can I upload?
You can upload PDFs, lecture slides, textbook chapters, or typed notes. Knowlio supports most text-based formats. The cleaner and more structured your text, the better the question quality.
What kind of questions does Knowlio generate?
Knowlio creates multiple-choice, short-answer, and flashcard-style questions — depending on your study mode. You can also choose the difficulty level or question type before generating a quiz.
Can I edit or customize the generated questions?
If you have a teacher account, you can review, edit, and save questions before sharing a practice exam with students. You can even create your own custom quizzes by mixing AI-generated and manual questions.
Does Knowlio support different subjects?
Absolutely. Knowlio works across a wide range of subjects — from biology, physics, and economics to law, medicine, and computer science. The AI adapts to your material’s domain.
Account & Pricing
Is Knowlio free to use?
Knowlio offers a free plan with limited questions per day. You can upgrade to Knowlio Pro for unlimited question generation, detailed explanations, and progress tracking.
Do I need an account to use Knowlio?
Yes, you need to create an account, Knowlio has a free plan.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit/debit cards. Subscription management is done securely through our payment provider.
Privacy & Security
Is my data safe?
Yes. All uploaded materials are processed securely and never shared with third parties. We do not use your data to train other models.
Can I delete my data or account?
You can delete your materials or account anytime from the Settings page. Once deleted, your data is permanently removed from our servers.
Troubleshooting & Feedback
My quiz results seem off — what should I do?
AI-based questions may sometimes misinterpret ambiguous or incomplete text. Try uploading clearer notes or breaking large documents into sections.
